Ha ha ha ha!! What a great comment. Thanks, Annie!! Do you tear your Oreos apart to eat the cookie separately from the cream? Or do you eat it whole, cookie and cream together? Or maybe you dunk? I'm an eat-the-cream-first-then-the-cookie kind of person.

See? You're eating vegan already! Ha ha! But seriously, thank you for your constant support, Kelli! I sincerely appreciate it.

Actually, you've made me think. I don't know if I'm ready to commit to an all-vegan diet, but you've shown me that there are easy choices I can make to reduce my consumption of animal products. For now it doesn't have to be all or nothing, and that's a novel thought for me.

Really? That is so cool! It's also a good point you make. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. There's lots of wiggle room. The Meatless Mondays movement says that removing meat from a person's diet just one day a week makes an impact in reducing climate change-causing emissions. So going meatless for even one day makes a difference to the animals and the climate! But again, it doesn't have to be as formal as a day of the week. Any reduction in animal products is of value. ❤️❤️❤️
