This week’s post is brief, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the exciting Posture Power series at InsideOut Yoga starting in a few weeks. The instructor, Kim Trimmer, is my yoga instructor. She is so good at what she does. This is why I keep sharing the news about her series week after week. I want to see her succeed, and I want anyone who can attend her classes to enjoy the benefits of yoga with Kim. Click the image below to learn more and sign up for this 6-week series. Only 5 spots left!
